SUZANNE DYKES
Suzanne is a practitioner of Chinese Medicine, which incorporates Acupuncture and Chinese Herbal Medicine. She originally trained as an Acupuncturist at The University of Westminster, where she also went on to completed a Masters in Chinese Herbal Medicine.
Suzanne has also completed postgraduate studies in fertility (male and female) and works within a specialised fertility clinic in London. She also studied Japanese Acupuncture and completed a course in cosmetic acupuncture for facial rejuvenation and the treatment of skin conditions.
The principles of Chinese Medicine see a person as an integral whole, this is an important element of Suzanne’s practice. She previously worked for the NHS, this coupled with Suzanne's own experience in private practice, she has experience in treating a wide range of conditions such as; acute infections, asthma, hayfever, fatigue, insomnia, pain, IBS and fertility.
Suzanne has a special interest in women's health and the treatment of fertility, both male and female. She is also a member of the Acupuncture Fertility Network (ANF) and London Acupuncture Childbirth Team (ACT) London, independent network groups with special interest in treatment of gynaecology and fertility with acupuncture.
Suzanne is a registered member of the British Acupuncture Council BAcC - the main regulatory body for Traditional Chinese Medicine within the UK. |
