Therapeutic Massage and Sports Massage
It
is simple. We humans need touch. As children, when we fall and hurt
ourselves we naturally rub the painful area until it feels better
(or better still, we get someone else to rub it for us). We instinctively
know that massage will make us feel better.
Massage therapy goes beyond simply feeling good. It has an impressive
range of physical, mental and emotional benefits.
What are the benefits of massage?
- Relieves, relaxes and balances the mind, body and spirit
- Reduces the effects of stress
- Calms the nervous system

- Relaxes tense muscles

Therapeutic and Sports Massage treatments are available. Sports
massage techniques are often more vigorous than therapeutic techniques
and may require the recipient to work with the therapist to stretch
contracted muscles. Please continue into the site to find out more
