Sports massage techniques are often more vigorous than therapeutic techniques and may require the recipient to work with the therapist to stretch contracted muscles. Appointments

A typical consultation will take up to 75 minutes. In that time the massage therapist will take a detailed medical history in order to tailor the treatment to your body’s needs.

Therapeutic massage follow up appointments are 60 minutes in duration. Half hour sessions are also available, which consist of the therapist focusing on certain areas only e.g. back, neck and shoulders.
