Charlotte is a member of the Complementary Therapists’ Association and offers a little bit of calm in a busy world with her treatments. She completed her Reiki II Healing training in 2003 and subsequently qualified in Holistic Massage in 2004. Since qualifying she has taken post diploma courses in Effective Deep Tissue Massage, Indian Head Massage, Amma Fusion Massage, Pregnancy Massage, No Hands® Massage and the unique Jurlique Organic Skincare Facial.

She has trained at Morley College, Holos Massage School, Jing Advanced Massage + Training, No Hands® Massage School, Regents College and the School of Natural Therapies.

Charlotte believes in the powerful healing effects of touch and how massage plays a vital role in maintaining good health and energy balance. She believes that massage can really help those who are suffering from the everyday stresses and strains of life that are taking their toll on people in today’s society. She believes by taking time out to relax and de-stress the body and mind, that your whole being slows down, relaxes and becomes much more rejuvenated and re-balanced as a result.

Charlotte treats holistically and likes to tailor-make your treatment according to individual needs, so elements of her different therapies may be combined. She uses a variety of techniques, both Eastern and Western, to help you get the maximum benefit out of your treatment.

Paul Smith

Paul is a member of the Independent Professional Therapists International. Since qualifying in holistic massage in 2001 and sports massage in 2003 he has attended various other courses learning new techniques to gain more knowledge and a better understanding of how the body works which has enabled him to offer a wide range of treatments to his clients.

Paul started his training at the Alison Rostron School of Massage in Norwich and continued his training at Lowestoft College. He has also attended numerous courses and workshops around London. He has helped out at many different events such as cycling races, squash tournaments and different marathons including the London Marathon on more than one occasion offering post sports event massage to participants.

Paul has a keen interest in keeping fit and does lots of sports including gym, running and swimming.
