CLARE GOODWIN (nee WILLIAMS)
Clare believes that pregnancy is one of the most physically demanding activities a woman can go through and just as an athlete will train for a competition, so we can prepare for pregnancy and the challenges of motherhood.
Following a successful career in dance and a natural progression into teaching, Clare is now a level 3 member of REPS (The national Register of Exercise Professionals) and has spent the last 10 years working as a personal trainer and class instructor. Continuous personal development and experience in all areas of fitness, from the holistic to the high energy, eventually lead to “Fit To Deliver”. As a mixed team of exercise and healthcare professionals these course providers offer a unique understanding of exercise and pregnancy. A surprising passion for this area of speciality was ignited and the incredible opportunity to work for the leading ante and postnatal exercise company, “Baby A-Wake” was the result.
Clare now continues to enjoy teaching for “Baby A-Wake” as well as offering one-to-one, tailor made exercise sessions for the individual and is continually rewarded by the gift of helping people through this special and uncertain time.
