Charlotte is a member of the Complementary Therapists’ Association and offers a little bit of calm in a busy world with her treatments. She completed her Reiki II Healing training in 2003 and subsequently qualified in Holistic Massage in 2004. Since qualifying she has taken post diploma courses in Effective Deep Tissue Massage, Indian Head Massage, Pregnancy Massage, No Hands® Massage and the unique Jurlique Organic Skincare Facial.

She has trained at Morley College, Regents College, Holos Massage School and the School of Natural Therapies.

Charlotte believes that the stresses and strains of everyday life are taking their toll on people in today’s society and that massage plays a vital role in maintaining good health and energy balance. By taking time out by relaxing and de-stressing the body and also the mind, your whole being slows down, relaxes and becomes much calmer, rejuvenated and rebalanced.
